Join Earth Medicine Practitioner/Advanced Crystal Master Healer Angie Yingst for a day of learning about the physics & metaphysics of crystal healing. Angie takes you through the hows & whys of crystals in this day-long workshop. Delve into the science behind crystal healing as well as exploring crystal healing techniques. Angie explains different crystal shapes, how to sense crystal energy, how to meditate with crystals, stones for chakra balancing, crystal healing techniques including gridding, body layouts, gem elixirs, sensing energy with pendulums, crystals and so much more. Class concludes with a group chakra balancing. Bring yoga mats, blankets & pillows. We will stop for a lunch break.
